Strut Your Stuff

Her heart was broken, after all he called off the Wedding Proposal. She thought they were fine. That they were Forever❀️. “Why not?” She thought, reflecting back. They had dated over three years and he finally proposed three months ago and know called things off one week before the Wedding. What else could she have done? Besides attending to him like they were already married. She was totally devoted to him. Giving him every part of her being. Despite the rumors of his unfaithfulness, there was an emptiness, she ignored.

She even loved him more then herself. Did she even love herself? The excuses he made and lies didn’t alarm her or raise a question in her mind. Somehow she trained her mind, her emotions not to feel or react, but tune everything out. Her sweet Prince could do no wrong.

Wake up out of your sleep, snap out of the daze. He had you in a haze. It is as if you have be tranquilized.

You hear him in the other room making plans to meet up with someone else. Just because he is handsome and often gets mistaken for a Hollywood Star doesn’t give him a pass. Yet you have lowered your expectations.

Stand Up…

You are a Lady, a Beautiful Queen, you know what I mean. I know you feel hurt right now. Remember God, Still loves you and heard those whispered prayers.

Stand up dry your eyes and grab your dignity, your much stronger, then you think. No more rehearsing the past. Forgive him, free your mind, move on at last.

He may have ended the proposal, but you are “Strutting In The Grand Finale.”

God’s Grace and Mercy has seen you through, which allowed you to “Forgive,” releasing strongholds and soul ties.

Tend to yourself, you are worth more, embrace your singleness at last.

You Are ChosenπŸ’œ

Have you ever felt unwelcome?

Like you were the uninvited guest?

Ruled out, invisible and not heard or even overlooked?

Society may rule you out…

People on the job and school may attempt to rule you out…

It maybe some of those who are closest to you, like friends and even family members who rule you out.

Stand Strong, in the Lord and in the Power of His Might.

Know that you are not forgotten…

You are Beloved…

You are not Overlooked, but found.

God sees beyond the “Blindside” and the “Necked Eye” of Man.

He sees Your Purpose …

You are Chosen

He sees Your Heart ❀️

Robin’s Ride…

Robin knew better than to accept a ride from a stranger, but she missed all the signs and whistles. All she could see was that handsome smile, the nice clean cut and the silhouette of his shirt outlining his well defined toned body.

Now she was sitting in the passenger intoxicated by the cologne he is wearing and she didn’t even get a name. Smiling, trying not to seem nervous, especially after hopping in the car with a total stranger with no hesitation. She asked if he could turn the music down, since her street was coming up soon. He looked blankly at her, turning the music up even louder as, He sped faster as he passed her street.

Now Robin was scared and in disbelief, but still trying to remain calm. She then began attempt to engage him in conversation by asking him if he was from the area? What’s your favorite food? Where do you work? Nothing work, it was as though, He was millions of miles away and she was not there.

Afraid to scream or make any sudden move to exit the car. Robin began to pray out loud, like never before.

She started out by asking God to forgive her for not entrusting Him with her life and for trying to do things her way. Lord You know my current situation show me the way I should go and what I should do. Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; may Your Spirit Lead me to a safe and level ground. For Your name’s sake, Lord, preserve my life; in Your righteousness, bring me out of this trouble.Touch this man’s heart, his mind, free him in Jesus Mighty Name.

When Robin opened her eyes they were parked in front of a police station. Several officers were standing outside in the front on the side walk talking. They noticed the car pull up and the man sobbing with his hands up, shouting “your looking for me, I’m so sorry” repeatedly.

She sat in the car as they got him out, read him his rights and handcuffed. Right before they took him away, he looked back at her and said “Thank You,” as the lead him up the stairs.

Two Officers came to Robins aid, along with Emergency Care. They told her she was very lucky to be alive. There was a settled Peace upon Robin. She thanked God for preserving her life devising a plan of safety and escape.

They then asked “how did you convince him to turn himself.” Robin response was simple; she told them about her prayer and how she trusted God. Robin also shared the important lessons learned from this experience that would last a lifetime. πŸ’œ

Pondering

Pondering πŸ€”… Observing every single angle. Engaging in the overflow.

What to say? What to think? What shall be the next move? Life’s journey can be like a Checker Board or a game of Chess?

Observing that which is fallen, seen by your eyes only; do you retreat or stand.

Where is your Faith? Don’t hid it, stir it, cultivate it, work it. Without Faith it is impossible to please Him.

Believe…

“Standing Firm on the Word, and as your mind ponders; let your heart behold, His Wonder! (Warren Richards Quote 2018/26/10)

Reading the word aloud strengthens you, brings about clarity and peace which surpasses my understanding for the journey ahead. There words you write.

Closer

The sound of the water clapping against currents is like thousands waves clashing harmoniously together.

With hands lifted upward as a sign of surrender and adoration to you, in celebration of your majesty arrival. Drawing closer welcoming the warm embrace of your presence.

Praise is upon my lips. I bow before you are the King of Kings; Lord of Lords, Jesus are my everything.

Tears of joy flood my heart like a river pouring with the purest essential oil.

This Worship is unto you, in spirit and in true. It is a great honor to worship you, I have found there’s none, like you.

You presence warms my heart, like the Sun glistening on the waters of sea on a sunny day. It stirs your spirit.

Your presence is so much to behold, calling me deeper. A sound and moment in time that is unforgettable.

Stuck Like Glue…Feelings

Life sometimes seems dark, then we experience moments of blue. Those moments of blue, can make you feel stuck like glue, trying to paralyze you.

Refuse to Give Up, Stand Strong

Life crisis are not always fair, often times it is too much, to bare alone.

Remember God is on the throne.

Cast your cares upon the Lord for He cares for you. This is nothing new, but it is true.

Hold On…

His Grace and Mercy carries you through circumstances that should have taken you out, but God.

Stay Strong…

Lord, looking to you, the author and the finisher of my Faith. You always seem to make a way of escape.

You are a way-maker, a provider.

You are a Strong-Tower, a redeemer.

You are the Living Word, sustaining nourishment from day to day.

Let me be…

Let me be as a tree planted by the rivers of water or like an Eagle who has mounted up on wings in full flight. Flying above the storm.

Refuse to Give In, Stand Strong…

Like the weather on a cool rainy Autumn Day. The next hour it is warm, blue and true.

Things are forever changing. The world is evolving everyday, yet in a temporal state.

Yonnie
